Try to download Java latest version 64 bits and 32 bits ( Download 64 and 32 bits and try 26.0.35 )

Same with all versions, forge 26 are in beta state, maybe don't work for server actually, waiting for official reply

Just delete Not Enough Item ( NEI ), you already have Just Enough Item
