Ive tried 26.0.35 but the same thing happens

Whenever I try entering what you told me to enter, it gives me an error. Can you give me something I can copy and paste? I have tried entering forge-1.14.2-26.0.0-installer > Installer.log where you have [Forge Installer File] but it will not work.

How do you open a command prompt? I have searched it up but when I right click on a file or just the black space of file explorer, there is nothing that says anything about a command window.

@DaemonUmbra I do not get an installer log after installing, but here is a video of exactly what happens.

The only versions available are 1.0-1.14.2 and the 1.12.2 forge file

Whenever I download 1.14.2 forge, nothing gets added to this folder.

I am trying to install the 1.14.2-26 one

I have tried almost every download of 1.14.2 forge, but it does not work. I will go all the way through the installation process, and it will say that it has successfully downloaded everything and it added some libraries, but it does not show up in my versions inside of the client. I have tried to download 1.12.2 forge and it worked, but 1.14.2 does not seem to want to work and I can't figure out why. I can't even figure out where the files are downloading or if they even are, I just know that it is saying that it successfully downloaded when it really hasn't. Any and all help is appreciated.

I don't know how to get a log, it won't make one after I finish downloading and I don't know how to make one using the command prompt.
