    Yeah, I donwnloaded WinRAR before i tried to open the jar file so I guess WinRAR is the culprit

    I have done both things, Including the thing that you said and i still have the same problem

    I'm having trouble actually installing forge version 1.14.3. When I click installer on the 1.14.3 page it downloads the file as a .zip, In the zip file, There is no sort of executable so I can't actually install forge. IDK if I'm just incompetent or if this is a real problem but plz help.
