    Error: Could not find or load main class

    I'm trying to download forge but I was originally getting the error with the libraries not downloading, so I went on the forum to fix that. I downloaded the installer jar file, (not the windows one) and I put the files in the right places (or at least I think I did) but I when I put in the code java -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true -jar forge-1.14.3-27.0.51-installer.jar All i get is an error message saying Error: Could not find or load main class .net.prefer!Pv4Stack=True I don't know what this means or how to fix it. Could anyone help? Thanks!!
