    Why can't I download 1.14.3 Forge?

    I've been trying to download the latest version for a while now, I even deleted all the Minecraft folders and then reinstalled the game with new ones. I downloaded the latest Java and everything, yet when I try to install it it just says, "These libraries failed to download. Try again." Does anyone know what I should do for this to work?
