    I Am Not Sure If This Is A Bug or An I'm Stupid Moment but...

    So I have installed, deleted and re-installed minecraft forge but it just doesn't seem to want to pull up any of the mods I have installed. Since they don't even pull up I can't drag and drop my mods into the mods folder. I need a little bit of help please, lemme know if you find out what I need to do.
