    why can't I download these "libraries"?

    Hi guys, so I want to install forge for minecraft version 1.8 but I can't because of a error message. "These libraries failed to donwload. Try again. com.typesafe.akka:akka-actor_2.11:2.3.3" I have already reinstalled java but it didn't change anything and I don't know what I should do now. I hope someone can help me
