  1. got forge to work turns out you have to have at least 1 mod in folder for it to work
  2. i can't send u the launcher log its too big

  4. how did you guys get forge to work i've tried alot of versions for 1.14.4 and for everyone i get your game has crashed there has been an unexpected error
  5. when downloading forge should i do recommended or latest and i'm still getting the game crashed do you need to have mods downloaded to get forge to run is that why i'm getting the error message
  6. would it make it work if i switched file from java back to jar
  7. and i still don't think forge worked cuz it says lowercase forge 1.14.4 in the launcher isn't it supposed to says the version number next to it

  9. i think i got it to work but when i start up my game the mods i installed aren't popping up so idk if it worked or not

  11. or how about i just walk u through what i'm doing to try to get it to work ok so i went to the site u said above i clicked on the latest version pushed installer pushed keep it installed and now the launcher popped up and so i do the client one and this is what it says for where its going c users my name appdata/roaming/.minecraft does this sound right so far haven't hit install client yet wanna know if what i'm doing is right so far
  12. so when your downloading it u can put it in any folder on your computer and it'll still show up in game or when your downloading it does it go in the app data/ minecraft folder
  13. so forge doesn't have to go in a certain place as long as its in your minecraft folder also does it have to be a jar or java file to work
  14. but i can't get it to show up in my game i ethier get an error message or unnamed installation
  15. super frustrated i cannot get version 1.14.4 to install on my computer i've tried everything i can think of i've changed the file from jar to java not done that it installs fine but won't show up on my game yes i know i have to put it in versions and i've done that i ethier get there has been an unexpected error your game has crashed or unnamed installation that i can't get rid of when i first got the game i installed whatever the version was and it worked fine just don't get it
  16. no i'm not trying to use unamed i just can't get any version of forge for version 1.14.4 to work and i don't know how to get it to work i got a version of it to work once before an earlier version but ya i don't know
