    problem with startup screen

    when I start minecraft using forge the screen that is supposed to show up when loading mods doesn't, for a few minutes when it first starts the screen will just be black then it will switch to the normal minecraft Mojang screen and after a little while it will finish loading and minecraft will properly load, it worked fine when I downloaded it at first and then I was trying to load the project ozone 3 mods and the loading screen stopped working, I don't think its a problem with the mods since they work fine after minecraft loads and I've tried loading forge without any mods and it still has the same problem.
