Actually nevermind, i've realized what i've done wrong. I downloaded the completely wrong files, what i've downloaded wasnt really forge. Anyway thanks for your help, hopefully i wasnt a bother

I downloaded it from here http://files.minecraftforge.net/ , i did the recommended version 28.1.0 but when i was downloading the ad site wasnt working so i directly downloaded it

Hello, so i've installed forge on my PC and when i run the installer as Java the installer doesnt open. I can double click it, i can run it as Java but nothing works. I've tried deleting Java from my PC completely and installing it again but nothing works. I doubt it's Java's problem because when i run Optifine installer it runs normally and i can install it, but the Forge installer wont open. It just shows the loading icon for a second and then disappears. I can't find any fix on the internet, so please help me if you can.
