    Tried reinstalling again, says libraries can't be downloaded. any help with this?

    Whenever i try to launch forge versions, it says Failed to download file. Name: forge-1.8.9-11.15.1.2318-1.8.9.jar and other stuff and my forge folder only has a JSON file, no jar or anything. (I tried reinstalling and it worked just fine before.) Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
