I have the png i want to use but the log says Exception loading model for variant examplemod:my_sword#inventory CommonProxy.java CustomSword.java my_sword.json latest.log

Im not very experience with modding but when i try to get a build it fails with exception saying resources missing and a problem occurred with configuring root project.
