    I do have an older version that is a .win that works. But for the server i'm on it requires 31.1.10

    I have reinstalled everything multiple times. Forge doesnt show as .jar or give the text document.

    When I try to install 31.1.10 I get a message saying Unable to install Java. Nothing i've tried works.
