I don't know how to install Forge up to 1.15.2

Only open this file with java, click next Button and The installer will do the rest -
I was here searching on google about how to use OBJ files in the blocks, and I didn't find anything, can someone help me? I didn't want to have to learn everything again with the blockbench.
