So I want to make a modded 1.12.2 mc server to play on with my friends. I am following the tutorial in this link but when I get to the part where he clicks on forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2847-universal.jar makes necessary files like EULA, mine does not do that. And yes, I have researched it and found another post on the forum with the same issue and here is the link. I tried running it from the command prompt. At first, it couldn't recognize java, so I made a path to the latest java (jdk-13.0.2) and it tried to run it and came up with a new error.
