    How can allocate more ram in a 1.12.2 FORGE server?

    When i installed it i wasnt told i needed a .bat file with a command i installed the server only byclicking on the .jar file for the server, agreeing to el eula, clicking again, then the .jar for the forge and it was running, never used a .bat, thing is it only has a few mb of ram and i'd like to get it to 4096mb but i cant a way anywhere, please help. I repeat, i do not have a .bat file. When i create the .bat with the correct command line in it, it just crashes. im including a screnshot of the server's folder.
