    forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2768 keeps crashing on startup

    I've been trying to install tis certain version of forge, but everytime i try to play it crashes on installation. ive deleted and redownloaded the version and files in the forge file (libraries/net/minecraftforge) but nothing works. ive also looked for a similar thread, but it was closed before the issue was actually resolved, the link being https://www.minecraftforge.net/forum/topic/67871-minecraft-forge-1122-crashes-on-startup/
