    Self solved - after posting the log I attempted to FTP up the files instead of doing wget and it worked flawlessly.

    I'm attempting to install Botania on my forge server and installed the dependencies with it (Patchouli and Curios) - the correct versions that it requested were installed. However, on startup, the server says that the mods are invalid and will be ignored. This issue is not happening for me client-side on my local installation, it runs fine. Any help would be appreciated. Edit - only Patchouli and Curios are being detected as invalid. Botania loads fine.
