    Missing English Translation + Server Not Starting Up

    I have a server and I've been trying to start it up with some mods, and it's not working. I'm assuming it's because of the English translation and the line like this one: "Mod improvedbackpacks is missing the required element 'version' and a version.properties file could not be found.
