I started creating a mod in Eclipse for 1.12.2 following the instructions in this video. I followed it to the letter, but when i run the code I get the following errors:

I'll include a text file attachment with the whole log from the console, it's kinda long so I don't want to just paste the entire thing. If anyone has a fix to this please let me know!
