    Forge installer not opening/working

    I was trying to get forge working and when I tried to install it it wouldn't open. After I got the installer I remembered I needed to get java (recently reset my pc) so I did, which I then had to fight windows to get it to properly associate the .jar files with java. Once I finally got it associated to Java I tried to open it but it gave me some error with java, which I didn't get a screenshot of. I did it again and now every time I double click the .jar files it flashes a CMD screen and it closes immediately, there are no log files left anywhere. I managed to get a screenshot of the CMD window https://imgur.com/a/XU0LSxi I tried downloading the installer to my other drive but it popped the same screen btw I am trying to install forge-1.15.2-31.1.77-installer
