  1. Mods folder Not Showing up for Forge Server

    Hi, so I am trying to make a modded minecraft server, but there's a big problem when I open "forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2854-installer" to get the mods folder it doesn't want to open I've tried everything so if someone can help me it would be greatly appreciated. Thank You
