    Trying to install forge 1.15.2-31.2.0 on my laptop with Windows 10, Java 8 version 251. Do not get an option to run when downloaded. When I open it from my downloads folder it just takes me to yahoo on internet explorer. Have tried renaming it and using command prompt to run it but get Error: could not create the java virtual machine and a fatal exception has occurred. Don't really know what else to do. I use mcafee LiveSafe and I don't know if any of that messes with it.
