I'm looking for literally any way to remove the minimum light level in Forge 1.14.4, because there are no Forge mods that do this that I can find so far

We are trying to add a bunch of mods to the Roguelike Adventures and Dungeons modpack, and after eliminating all other problems, this problem keeps it from starting, which VanillaFix won't identify.
