Hi! I recently installed minecraft forge on my mac and it just got stuck on this FML early loading process screen... I cant even quit the app without having to forcequit! Is there anything I can do?

Can someone explain a bit more? Im sure many people have the problem i just don't know how to fix it! Thanks xP
