    I have deleated all version's of terraria's tmodloader but forge opening up with terraria with its logo and nothing else

    To keep it short, For some reason every version of forge that I downloaded shows up as terraria's tmodloader set up instead of the usual forge set up, I do not have Forge installed yet, and I already have tmoders downloaded, At the very bottom every time I keep the file ready to download forge just says forge download with a terraria logo on it and keeps on opening terraria along with it, Any clue on what to do?
