    Forge INSTALLER ran out of memory?

    This is the installer.jar file that shows up when I try to run the installer for Forge 1.15.2-31.2.0, and similar to the one for 1.15.2-31.2.31 when I try to run that. I honestly didn't even know the Forge Installer could run out of heap space, but here it is.
