Forge Installer won't run on new computer

Me too, i just reboot my pc and i wanted to play minecraft with some friends, so i dl Forge, and the launcher .jar seems to not work, i verified Java, i have the 1.8.0 _261-b12, the latest java, is the problem from java it self ? Btw i tryed a few version to 1.6.1 to 1.12.2 and all dont work
