Hi. I have java 16 and java 11 installed but it still doesnt work. Do i have the wrong versions downloaded? Im also trying to fix the same issue. Am i creating the batch file incorrectly?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone here could tell me how to make a custom arrow for the vanilla bow (in 1.16.5). All i know is that i have to make the item in the item class and another class for the arrow's entity that extends the arrow entity class. but i dont know how to make them work or anything.
