  1. Ok so I found a solution using Jarfix and it was able to install, I was sus of the program but it actually fixed my problem.
  2. I'm trying to install Forge to MultiMC so I can use the latest 1.16.3 Optifine but the installer won't run at all for the jar file. There isn't even an option to install directly thru MultiMC which is annoying. 1. The jar file type was first bound to Bandizip where I changed it to javaw.exe with no avail. I double click on it and absolutely nothing pops up, not even a log file. 2. Here's the details of my Java below: openjdk version "11.0.6" 2020-01-14 OpenJDK Runtime Environment AdoptOpenJDK (build 11.0.6+10) OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM AdoptOpenJDK (build 11.0.6+10, mixed mode) 3. Lastly, I haven't had issues with this in the past when a friend would make modpacks I tried reinstalling Java which also didn't help at all: java version "1.8.0_261" Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_261-b12) Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.261-b12, mixed mode) I'm not in the need for MultiMC as of now but Forge STILL won't install after 3 days of trying. Any advice?
