Excuse me, but where would that file be?

I am using 1.16.3 MC, 34.1.42 Forge, as well as a couple mods(I don't believe this is a mod issue, no mod things in crash log.) No Optifine at all. When mod options is selected in the title screen, and anything is clicked in the mod options, the game saves the world and crashes. Crash log: https://pastebin.com/27DHC140

Ah. My bad, thought I deleted Optifine to troubleshoot. Sorry for wasting your time.

Title says the main premise of the bug. I am using the Twitch Launcher for an Instance of 1.16.3 MC with forge 34.1.42. This issue can be reproduced by adding I believe any mod(here I used JEI 7.6.0.51) and launching the game. Upon finishing launch, create any new world.
