    Update, Minecraft and Forge installer were in two different system directories. Putting them in the same one fixed the problem

    I am running JAVA 8 and attempting to download Forge for 1.16.4. I already have the server installed but when I use "Install client" I get stuck on "Considering Minecraft client jar" and then receive an error window for "Failed to download version manifest, can not find client jar URL." (Considering Minecraft client jar is still running in the background window) Clicking OK just closes both windows
