Crash on server startup "Not enough data available"

No luck, unfortunately. I had adjusted a couple configs, but it removing them wouldn't have broken the game anyways so I deleted everything in the folder. Same crash. Config changes _had_ been disabling matrix enchanting in Quark and Ore distribution changes in Polyores. Here's the debug log with config files having been deleted: https://pastebin.com/

Crash on server startup "Not enough data available"

Pumpkin Head Guy posted a topic in Support & Bug Reports

Used this world file for a few weeks, suddenly there's a crash on startup "[00:22:41] [Server thread/ERROR] [minecraft/MinecraftServer]: Encountered an unexpected exception com.electronwill.nightconfig.core.io.ParsingException: Not enough data available" Here's the full error in console: https://pastebin.com/0AEAVz17 Having looked into other threads about this, I've already tried deleting the config file to no success. Fresh save doesn't experience this problem. Here's the debug log: https://pastebin.com/VXcMYpcJ I'd really love to find an actual solution, but if the save is bricked I'd appreciate it if you guys could point out how I could prevent it from happening again on a backup.
