I am trying to make my own server and cannot get the 1.16.4 launcher to work after downloading the .jar. Every time I try to launch the installer it either opens up 7-zip or gives me an error of "This file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action." and askes to please install an app to open it. I have no idea why this is happening because this is literally step one of every tutorial. Turns out that I missed the Java 8 update, I was on Java 7. It works now
