Hey im back with information that not only 1.8.9 is crashing but also 1.16 as well. I don't know what to do I have redownoaded minecraft, forge, and java multiple times and nothing seems to work. Please help

Hey guys I got on this morning and when I launched forge it crashed after all the red bars finished, the screen turned black and then it crashed. I removed all the mods to see which mod was the problem it was, but it is still doing the same thing. If you have any suggestions please reply and help is appreciated.
