I just tried installing Minecolonies along with the Structurize mod and I get the error listed above when I try to launch Minecraft. Both files are the most recent ones and I also updated Optfine and Forge but the problem still persists. I have already been using other Forge mods prior to installing these ones so I'm not sure what the issue is.
