Forge-1.18.2-40.0.13-installer invalid or corrupt

0.13 output ends after error, while 0.12 launches GUI and installs everything without problems -
Switch back to 1.18.1 for now, there are tons of problems on 1.18.2 which is still in beta

Version not compatible with Debian version of launcher

I know that there is no longer support for 1.12.2, but it would be nice if there was a warning somewhere that 1.12.2 won't work with launcher for Debian Linux, so people won't be running around and searching. Arch linux works fine, so it's something with launcher
