Bump, anyone have any suggestions for me to try?

Hey guys, using an all AMD comp. CPU: 5900x GPU: 6900xt Ram: 16gb 3200hz Windows 10 I'm only getting 10-15 fps with a fresh client (Downloaded today) and 5-6 mods, loaded in that my girl gave me. I'm completely at a loss here. I know this comp is far and above capable to play this but I've tried everything I can think of, Help! Just an added tidbit dunno if this helps, we only plan over a lan connection between our computers. We don't login to realms or anything like that as we like to just kinda do our own thing to spend time together. I'm pretty MC dumb since its more her thing than mine so if there is anything you need from me please list the steps as well on how to retrieve said information Thank you!
