Forge server file not generating other files when clicked

Run the .bat file to open the console, then you should get an error message and the elua should appear. see if that works? -
I did have OneDrive, I tried uninstalling, didn't work. I did look into the file that was denied, and found that the .txt file that was denied access was empty. would that have anything to do with it?

I have, I have tried installing directly on my desktop, and on a folder, nothing worked

Edit the batch file to say java -Xms2048M -Xmx2048M -jar forgeserver.jar nogui pause see if that helps?

I am trying to install a 1.16.5 forge server, but when i try and install it, it just pops up the error message in the title. Can anyone help me? forge-1.16.5-36.1.32-installer.jar.log
