Run the .bat file to open the console, then you should get an error message and the elua should appear. see if that works?

I did have OneDrive, I tried uninstalling, didn't work. I did look into the file that was denied, and found that the .txt file that was denied access was empty. would that have anything to do with it?

I have, I have tried installing directly on my desktop, and on a folder, nothing worked

Edit the batch file to say java -Xms2048M -Xmx2048M -jar forgeserver.jar nogui pause see if that helps?

I am trying to install a 1.16.5 forge server, but when i try and install it, it just pops up the error message in the title. Can anyone help me? forge-1.16.5-36.1.32-installer.jar.log
