it works now but whenever i try run the batch file, it shows up then just instantly disappears. It comes up with a paragraph but it doesnt give me time to copy and paste it or read it.

my "run.bat" file wont work
its called forgeserver.jar because i renamed it to a simple name for me to type into my run.bat. I downloaded it from forge's official site.

my "run.bat" file wont work
no, it has not helped, I feel like I may have done something within jar files or the batch files themselves and it makes this issue almost impossible to fix but i have no clue

my "run.bat" file wont work
Ive tried everything to fix this issue but nothing seems to work, the batch file does nothing all it says is: C:\Users\User\Downloads\blackout>java -Xmx2048M -Xms2048M -jar forgeserver.jar nogui C:\Users\User\Downloads\blackout>PAUSE Press any key to continue . . . My forge file is named "forgeserver.jar" so that is not the issue neither is the ram because ive been trying every little amount of ram possible. The batch file is in the same folder as the forge and minecraft server start up jar files and the java I use is called "jdk-8u291-windows-x65.exe". Every time i try search the issue up, nothing comes up so i worry this is a new bug and no one has a solution but every little helps, please and thank you. Oh and also the mods I am wanting to use for the server are entity mods "alexsmobs-1.11.0.jar" and "citadel-1.7.1-1.16.5.jar" Thank you for any little help given!
