    "forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2855.jar" does not open for forge server

    After installing the forge server, I tried to double click the forge server but it does nothing, but when I double click "minecraft_server.1.12.2.jar" it runs perfectly fine like a regular vanilla server, but I want to make a forge modded server. I had this problem on not only the 1.12 but also on 1.16.5.
