Yesterday, I was trying to download forge but having not being able to get it to open, even when double clicked. I asked my dad for help and he tried everything that was mainly recommended, including installing jarfix, but nothing worked. He eventually opened java and forced the program to run with some code, and while that did get the installer to run, it ran into an error where some of the needed files were unable to be downloaded from the website.
I'm trying to download the most recent recommended version, and I'm using a 64 bit Windows 10 computer.
