    1.7.10 JAR File Issue

    I've had someone try to walk me through downloading forge, and the file downloads fine, but on windows 10 the program is asking me to find an app with which to run the forge 1.7.10 installer as a JAR file. He told me to make sure I have Java installed, and I do, but it is still not allowing anything to open the file correctly.
