I was deleting the current lib files to put the downloads in but its saying it can't delete them because the file is open in another folder. The only folder I have up is the libs folder. Minecraft and the magiclauncher are closed down.

I have already read EAQ with the extract solution. I don't know exactly how to do it and I don't want to screw up anything by accident.

When I try to test Forge (using magic launcher) it will say "There was fatal error starting up Minecraft and FML, please consult the file C:/Users/*****/AppData/Roaming/minecraft/ForgeModLoader-Client-0.jog for further information" Here is the Log, I tried redownloading Forge 1.5 and I tried the JavaDoc and Source downloads but they didn't work. I saw some other peoples problems that were like this in this section but I don't know if I have the same exact problem.
