wait i made it work by writing "java -jar [file name here].jar" in notepad and saving as bat file. make sure to save as all files not text document. after a while it works

also my computer is 64 bit so idk why it wont work

why wont forge work when I use it it just closes in a split second. It spends like 2 seconds when you first try. It said error when I did this and closed
