    I reinstalled forge and it deleted all the mods. Its fixed

    All the mod folder had was stuff like this. I checked all the folders in it but there were none of the mods I need take out.

    I tried adding optiforge and I added it with optifine so now it can't load forge. Im on a Mac and I tried going to ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/mods and I found my mods folder filled with a ton of stuff but I couldn't find my mods. I have no idea why, Please help!
