I found the offending mods! Yes plural! Both Twist and Spheric were spitting these errors out. Twist spat out a couple but Spheric vomited far more of them. The error above was from Twist.

I keep getting this error periodically while my server is running and every time it happens I get a nasty 1-2 second lag spike.
