    FPS keeps dropping?

    I downloaded Forge to use a single controller support mod (im left handed) but for some reason now my minecraft keeps getting lag spikes and the FPS is really low. I have unlimited FPS in the settings and my PC specs are quite high. I tried a method of allocating more RAM to minecraft but it hasn't changed anything. Specs just to confirm im not on a toaster: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10400 CPU @ 2.90GHz RAM: 32686 Mb
