now , server cannot hold any mod i put , how can i fix it ?

ok,so basically no matter how i try i cannot actually open console with start.bat i have pause in start.bat ,but it doesn't show a thing ,its like working ,but not showing any process ,such as generating world etc. how to fix that , because i really need to use console for my server(its adding file of world and mod folder , but cmd is not showing all processes and shutting down) this is what start bat showing when i launch it: C:\Users\UserName\Desktop\newFol>"C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-15.0.2\bin\javaw.exe" -Xmx4096M -Xms4096M -jar forgeserver.jar nogui
